|Pedersens believe that it is imperative that the eviction process be handled by a Bailiff and as such would always engage the services of a Bailiff when doing an eviction. Because less than 0.3% of our tenancies have resulted in a formal eviction and in order to stay true to our “all inclusive” fee structure, Pedersens will moving forward just absorb the cost so ultimately our Owners will not be affected by this new change.
